Report Cards
Semester 1 report cards will be visible to families through their MyCBE account February 24 at 8am. These report cards will remain available for you to view and download until May 2026.
Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences
Spring conferences will take place February 26 in-person from 4pm to 8pm and February 27 online from 8am to 12pm. Families will be able to book a 10-minute conference with their students’ teachers from February 23 at 8:30am until February 26 at 8am through your MyCBE account. Families are encouraged to bring their students to conferences. Their voices in these conversations are so valuable.
High School
The transfer process for high school has opened for the 2026-27 school year. Applications are due by March 15. Families interested in exploring alternative high school opportunities and programs of choice like Digital Futures Pathway, Performing and Visual Arts (PVA), High Performance Athlete Development (HPAD) and International Baccalaureate (IB) are encouraged to review the process and submit their students application here https://cbe.ab.ca/registration/transfers/Pages/default.aspx
School Pick Up
We know parking around the school is limited and with the colder weather we want to spend as little time outside as possible. When stopping in front of the school for pick up, please consider leaving space or moving as needed for the two small buses that serve the students in our Special Needs program, CSSI.
School Council: Staff Appreciation Potluck
The School Council needs your help to bring in Potluck items for our Staff members on the Parent/Student/Teacher Conference evening, February 26. This is an excellent way to show them some support and appreciation, as they have limited time for dinner before conferences begin. Please see SignUp for items still needed.

School Council: School Spiritwear Sale!
The School Council will be selling Spiritwear - WDP logo t-shirts, hoodies, shorts, sweatpants, hats, and socks at their LOWEST PRICES EVER during the Spring Conference evening. Come see the merchandise in person at the Servery on Thursday, February 26, from 5-8pm.
School Council: Ice Cream Sandwich Sundaes
The School Council will be selling Ice Cream Sandwich Sundaes (with limited gluten free sundae options) in the Servery during the Spring Conference, Thursday February 26, from 5-8pm. All fundraising dollars go toward providing enhancements for our students.
