Meet the Teacher
Our annual Meet the Teacher evening will take place on September 25 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Grade teams will host a short presentation covering highlights of the year at 5:30 and 6:30. Following these presentations families will have an opportunity to be toured around by their students and say hi to teachers. School Council will be selling ice cream in the servery.
School Council is asking for your assistance in bringing in Potluck items for teachers on this evening. Please see the SignUp Genius for more details.
Terry Fox Run
Congratulations to the William D Pratt and Royal Oak School communities on another successful Terry Fox Run. Together students and teachers embodied courage and perseverance under this year's theme of Finish It. Our current donations total is $9930.
School Council: Apple Fundraiser
The William D Pratt Fundraising Society is running an apple fundraiser right now. The delicious Honeycrisp & Ambrosia apples are coming from Sun Oka Farms in the Okanagan. Ordering ends October 6th and delivery will be October 21. The school makes $8-10 per box and you get great apples to fill your fridge. WDP Fun Lunch & Snack Days 2025-2026
Our Fun Lunch ordering site wdp.hotluches.net is ready for pre-orders. Please register your student to access the list of lunches for the whole year. All accounts from last year have been erased, so a new registration is required if you would like to order. Please CAREFULLY select your Student's Connect Teacher and Grade/Class when you do your registration, to ensure the lunch/snack are delivered to the correct classroom. Instructions are provided here.
